Perinatal and Family Care:

As an Ontario Certified Teacher and certified full spectrum doula, I bring over a decade of experience working with families, children, and individuals during transformative moments of life. With a dual background in education and holistic care, I merge my expertise to offer compassionate, inclusive, and culturally sensitive services.

A graduate of Trent University with an BaH in French and Hispanic Studies and Nipissing University’s BEd program specializing in Junior Intermediate French, I have worked extensively in both traditional and specialized learning environments. My teaching experience spans kindergarten to grade 8, where I have supported diverse learning needs, integrated technology into curriculum delivery, and created dynamic, engaging lessons.

As a full spectrum doula certified through Stillbirthday, I provide emotional and physical support for families during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and bereavement. My unique approach prioritizes empowerment, informed decision-making, and healing while respecting diverse cultural and family structures. Whether offering prenatal support, leading childbirth preparation workshops, or guiding families through pregnancy loss, I am committed to fostering trust and advocacy.

I have experience supporting birthing individuals through labor and delivery, ensuring they feel comforted, informed, and empowered throughout the process. I have also provided extensive postpartum care for newborns, assisting with infant feeding, establishing routines, and offering families the emotional and practical support needed to navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence.

Driven by my mission to support families with mindful care and professional excellence, I stand as a bridge between education and holistic support. My ability to connect with families, facilitate open communication with healthcare providers, and provide tailored resources ensures every individual feels heard, supported, and empowered through life’s pivotal transitions.
