I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #008245), Canadian Certified
Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy
Association, and also a Registered Kinesiologist (COKO #13189) with the College
of Kinesiologists of Ontario. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology
from Walden University, Specialized Honours Degree (Maj/Min) in Kinesiology and
Health Science/ Psychology from York University, and Advanced Certificate in
Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph. I am also a Director
with the Black Health Alliance, and a former Director with the Ontario
Kinesiology Association.

I have specific training in perinatal psychotherapy and mood
disorders. I am also trained as an EMDR therapist, and hold Certified Clinical
Trauma Professional Certification (Level II - Complex Trauma).
