Nicole Perryman started the practice in January 2013. She initially wanted to create a holistic healing place for individuals, children, youth, and families through the development of Aset Group. Nicole 's practice focuses on social justice and systems, trauma-informed practice, and specializes in working with children. She is passionate about the capacity for children to adults to heal their wounds, their past, and emerge into the desired self. Change is a journey that can take our entire lives, but we are constantly changing and transforming.
Nicole Perryman is also a consultant, equity trainer and professor. In 2018, she formed Ifarada: Centre for Excellence, and related organizations Wonderfully Made and Kujenga Family Wellness Project.
