Passionate about well-being, I work as a pelvic health physiotherapist. After studying kinesiology, I decided to continue my path to become a therapist while combining my experience as a yoga teacher. Particularly interested in women's health, my mission is to help everyone better understand their health, their body and their signals. In the clinic, I support people with problems such as urinary incontinence, organ prolapse, sexual pain, dyspareunia, diastasis recti as well as problems related to PCOS, fibroids and endometriosis. I also do pre- and postnatal follow-ups. I have always had an interest in physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Dance, nature, meditation, yoga, time with family and close friends are part of my lifestyle. As a mother constantly seeking balance, my passion is to support those who are looking for their own balance.
