Hello! I’m Kashauna (Ka-shaw-nah), I am a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), and Prenatal/Postnatal Educator based in Durham Region and Surrounding Area. I have always been drawn to maternal health and have been intentional to provide parents with services that focus on education, emotional support and fostering parent-child bonding through practices like infant massage, bibliotherapy and tailored care.

Whether a family is preparing for birth, navigating the postpartum period, or seeking tools to bond with their baby, I provide informed guidance and unwavering support.

My virtual and in-person services include prenatal and postnatal education, birth and postpartum planning, infant care and emotional support. I specialize in infant massage, which promotes bonding, relaxation and development for babies, and I provide resources and guidance to help parents build confidence in their parenting roles.

My care is designed to ease the transition into parenthood, whether through personalized NICU support, postpartum care, or bibliotherapy that nurtures emotional well-being.
