I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the supporting Mental Health Clinician for the Toronto Raptors, and a professional member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapist (OSRP).

I received my Masters (M.A.) in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and completed my undergraduate degree in Health Promotion at Oakwood University.

Having worked in both Canada and the United States, I’ve connected with individuals from diverse populations and socioeconomic backgrounds, helping them uncover negative patterns and behaviours that make life challenging to navigate. From working with high-performing athletes to various grass-root communities, I understand the uniqueness of each individual and ensure the process is reflective of their needs.

With compassion and understanding at the forefront, I work with clients to identify strengths, tools and personal determination that can lead to positive and lifelong changes.
