I’m Estefania Caceres, an Oakville-based certified full spectrum doula providing birth and postpartum support, as well as fertility and loss care. My journey into this work began with my own experience as a mother. Through my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I learned the power of mindset, the impact of movement, and the importance of support during these beautiful, challenging, and vulnerable transitions.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care and am committed to making a difference for all families by meeting them where they are. As a former engineer, I understand the challenges working parents face. I am fluent in English and Spanish.

My training includes certifications as a Birth and Postpartum Doula through Doula School Canada and as a Full Spectrum Doula (birth, postpartum, loss, and fertility) through Still Birthday. I have also completed Navigating the NICU for Doulas with Doula Initiative and am currently in a doula mentorship program with Charmaine Hinds of The Giving Tree Services. In the area of infant feeding, I have completed Breastfeeding for Healthcare Professionals through the Halton Baby Friendly Initiative and the Alberta Breastfeeding Course through the University of Calgary, and I volunteer as a breastfeeding peer supporter with Halton Breastfeeding Connection. I also hold First Aid and CPR certification, Infection Prevention and Control training through Public Health Ontario, and a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.

Before becoming a doula, I spent over a decade in telecommunications, working as a Telecom Engineer at Claro Dominicana and a Network Analyst at Freedom Mobile. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications, a Master of Strategic Management, and a CAPM certification, which bring strong organization and project management skills to my practice.

This work was born from the heart to serve yours, or as we say in my mother tongue, nacido del corazón para servir al tuyo.

As a full spectrum doula, I support pregnant persons, those hoping to become pregnant, parents, and families through every stage of the perinatal journey. This includes fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, adoption, welcoming a new sibling, and pregnancy or infant loss. I offer calm guidance, compassionate presence, and evidence-based information so that families can welcome their babies with confidence and trust, or simply have someone to hold space for them and their loved ones during difficult moments. I believe every family’s journey is unique, and I meet each family where they are, with care that respects their values, choices, and circumstances.
