Dr. Elétu completed her psychiatry specialist training at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario followed by a Reproductive Psychiatry fellowship at Women’s College in Toronto. Dr. Elétu is a physician who provides psychiatric care to transitional age youth and adults.

Dr. Elétu's primary focus is the provision of psychiatric care cross the reproductive life span of persons who experience menstruation, pregnancy, breast/chest feeding and menopause.

She also has a special interest in working with organizations committed to fostering mental wellbeing in the ACB community.
