Biography:

I specialize in working with people to become better versions of themselves so they can lead more fulfilled lives. Together we can work to recognize the strengths and resilience you have within, so you can apply it to your everyday reality. I'll help you get out of bed in the morning and feel joy in life and your relationships again.

I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, family discord & relationship issues. I work from a cultural lens that allows me to look past societal norms that may not serve people. I have worked in community health centres that cater to the black community. I have a passion with working with individuals and couples, through becoming parents or grieving or simply coming to terms with choices.  I have run programs parents and caregivers for caregiver stress and compassion fatigue. I worked in a medical setting which focuses on health and wellness overall.

I work from a client centred approach and meet the client where they are at. I have encompassed my practice around empathy, kindness and encouragement to help you navigate life's challenges. If you would like to meet I do offer a discount to ABC (African, Black and Caribbean) persons.
