A Socialpreneur on a Mission. Frustrated with my own reproductive health issues and birth story I became a holistic health advocate for women with
reproductive health issues. My primary goal is to educate and equip women and youth with the sexual education I wish I had attained earlier in my life. In my early thirties I realized that many women, just like me, were unaware of holistic lifestyle options that support fertility management and menstruation control. As a pioneer in this holistic
health care field I am passionate about educating women on fertility awareness, and supporting them in achieving their reproductive health goals. I provide a form of
hydrotherapy that has been used by women of various indigenous cultures for centuries. We do this to manage women's reproductive health issues such as heavy and painful menstruation, infertility, infections, dryness, irregular growths, and more. This should be our first line of defence and a preventative measure to avoid dealing with these issues long before hormonal birth control and major surgeries are considered.
